3. User Obligations & Data Accuracy

• Accuracy is Key: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your vehicle (Registration Number, Chassis Number, Engine Number, etc.) during the booking process.

• Verification: It is your responsibility to verify the details with your Registration Certificate (RC) before making a payment.

• Liability: Since HSRPs are custom-manufactured based on the data you provide, (NUMBERPlate) is not responsible for plates manufactured with incorrect details due to user error. Such orders are non-refundable.

4. Booking & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices displayed on the website include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via our secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card details.

5. Doorstep Installation & Appointments

• Availability: Home installation services are subject to the availability of technicians in your pincode.

• Requirements: You must ensure that the vehicle is available at the scheduled time and location with sufficient space for the technician to work.

• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for an appointment may incur a re-visit fee.

6. Cancellation & Refunds Orders once processed and sent for manufacturing cannot be cancelled. For details on eligible refunds (e.g., in case of technical payment failures), please refer to our Refund Policy.
