Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview High Security Registration Plates (HSRP) are specialized, custom-manufactured items tailored specifically to your vehicle’s registration details. Due to the personalized nature of this product, our refund and cancellation policies are strict to prevent wastage and manufacturing losses.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations in the following cases:

  • User Data Entry Error: If you have entered incorrect details (such as wrong Registration Number, Chassis Number, or Engine Number) and the order has already been processed or manufactured.

  • Change of Mind: Once an order is placed and sent for manufacturing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Missed Appointment: If you fail to be present for the doorstep installation at the scheduled time, a refund will not be issued. However, you may be able to reschedule the appointment for a nominal fee.

3. Eligible Refunds (Full or Partial) Refunds may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Payment Error: If an amount was deducted from your account but no order confirmation was generated. In such cases, the excess amount will be refunded automatically.

  • Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide service in your area due to operational constraints after you have made a booking.

  • Order Rejection: If your order is rejected by the system due to technical validation failures before manufacturing begins.

4. Defective or Damaged Products In the rare event that you receive a damaged plate or the wrong plate due to our error:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of installation/delivery.

  • We will provide a free replacement. Monetary refunds are generally not issued for defects; we prioritize fixing the issue with a new product.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
